Customer service always got back to me right away. Shipping however was never updated until I reached out to find out when it would ship then after it did ship I had to reach out again because on the day it was expected to be delivered it was still saying it was still at the first place where was being shipped from so I had to reach out again but I was contacted back right away. Still have not received my order but should be here today hopefully.
